sliced, halved and quartered

Salt and Pepper
to taste
Instructions
Brown and crumble ground beef in a skillet. Once finished, remove from pan.
Drizzle olive oil to remaining beef fat. Allow to heat before adding garlic and onions. Cook for 2 minutes
Add zucchini and tomato, cook until zuccini is tender.
Return beef to skillet, sprinkle with basil, salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another 5 minutes or until basil has cooked down.
