Crescent Crust
- 2 cups Almond Flour
- ¼ tsp Baking Powder
- ½ tsp Salt, like Redmond's Real Salt
- 3 tbsp Coconut oil , or ghee
- ½ tsp Sweetener
- 2 large Eggs, room temperature
Toppings
- 2 tbsp Dill, fresh and chopped
- 4 ounces Dairy-Free Cream Cheese, Like Daiya or Kite Hill
- ½ tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning
- 8 ounces Smoked Salmon, sliced
- 10-14 medium Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- 10-14 medium Cucumber, thinly sliced and halved
Crust
Preheat Oven to 400°F Line baking sheet with parchment paper
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl, blend well
Add eggs and oil to the bowl, mixing with a spoon until dough forms, knead for a couple minutes before spreading onto the parchment lined baking sheet
Shape dough into a rectangle.
Bake for 15-18 minutes until edges of crust begin to turn golden. Allow to cool before topping.
Bread toppings
Spread cream cheese evenly over entire bread rectangle
Sprinkle with Everything Bagel seasoning
Top with salmon, cucumbers, tomatoes and fresh dill. Chill until ready to serve
