Ingredients

Crescent Crust

  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • ¼ tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt, like Redmond's Real Salt
  • 3 tbsp Coconut oil , or ghee
  • ½ tsp Sweetener
  • 2 large Eggs, room temperature

Toppings

  • 2 tbsp Dill, fresh and chopped
  • 4 ounces Dairy-Free Cream Cheese, Like Daiya or Kite Hill
  • ½ tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • 8 ounces Smoked Salmon, sliced
  • 10-14 medium Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 10-14 medium Cucumber, thinly sliced and halved

Instructions

Crust

  • Preheat Oven to 400°F Line baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl, blend well
  • Add eggs and oil to the bowl, mixing with a spoon until dough forms, knead for a couple minutes before spreading onto the parchment lined baking sheet
  • Shape dough into a rectangle.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes until edges of crust begin to turn golden. Allow to cool before topping.

Bread toppings

  • Spread cream cheese evenly over entire bread rectangle
  • Sprinkle with Everything Bagel seasoning
  • Top with salmon, cucumbers, tomatoes and fresh dill. Chill until ready to serve
