Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Avocado Aioli
In a small bowl, mash avocado half into creamy blend
Add mayo
Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper and mix well
Club
Prep lettuce by removing centers, if desired. Pat dry to ensure water is gone from leaf.
Layer two to three lettuce leaves (depending on size) with the centers overlapping.
Top with 4 slices of turkey
Spread a thin layer of the avocado aioli on top
Add bacon and tomato
Next, add another layer of lettuce, turkey, aioli, bacon and tomato
Finally, top with remaining lettuce and slice sandwich in half.
